In order to best serve you, we will verify your insurance benefits prior to your appointment. Please fill out the form below and we will contact you as soon as benefits are established. We also accept HSA payments.
Details & Fine Points
Moon Rabbit is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. However, we take both in and out-of-network insurance plans.
So, if you have Aetna, Humana, Cigna or other plans, your appointments may still be covered!
It is always worth checking your coverage to see if you are covered.
Even if you do not have acupuncture coverage you might have a massage or even herbal consultations covered at Moon Rabbit!
We will respond within 5 business days with your coverage. We do book up quickly so if you have an urgent need we recommend that you book in advance, even if your coverage has not been confirmed.
We will not charge your first appointment until we hear back about your benefits.
