Our commitment to you is forever, but your membership is commitment-free! Balances are collected on the 15th of each month.
You may opt-out by emailing info@moonrabbitacupuncture.com before 11:59 PM on the 13th of the month in order to avoid auto-renewal. Included services are not cumulative and will be forfeit on the first day of the following month.
Membership treatments, discounts, and perks are nontransferable.
